Quan Lan island is located in beautiful Bai Tu Long bay, right next to famous Halong bay, including Quan Lan and Minh Chau communes of Van Don district, Quang Ninh province. It attracts tourists with beautiful beaches, fresh air, a clear & blue sea, and a really tranquil atmosphere.

Minh Chau beach

Thanks to its white sand, pure water, and pristine beauty, Minh Chau beach is regarded as a pearl of Quang Ninh province. After passing through a stretch of woodland and climbing to the peak of the strait, you can take the panoramic view of the unspoiled nature here. 

- Quan Lan Temple: Built in the 17th century, this is one of the two oldest pagodas in Quang Ninh province.

To reach Quan Lan island, you can take a speed boat or wooden boat from Cai Rong harbor in Van Don district or from Hon Gai harbor in Ha Long city to Quan Lan island, then get to Minh Chau beach by motorbike.

Co To is one of the most prisitne islands in Halong bay Vietnam, which is home to lots of famous baches surrrounded by serene atmosphere of sea and peaceful vibe of the locals' daily life. 

Van Chay beach

Like some other beaches in Halong bay, Van Chay can impress you right from first glance with its wild, natural beauty. Though not lying in the center area, the beach still attracts a lot of tourists thanks to its white velvety sand, slightly sloping, unpolluted water, and strong & foamy waves.

Nestled in the south of the island, Ngoc Vung beach is a famous attraction because of its transparent sea, vast bathing place, and unspoiled environment. The 3km gold silky sand is where tourists usually hang out, gossip, and watch the stunning scenery of Ngoc Vung island. During the day, you can immerse yourself in the seawater to relax. At night, you can go camping, sing songs, do activities for team building, and enjoy the taste of fresh, tasty seafood.

- Uncle Ho memorial area: The site is constructed to remind people of the event when Uncle Ho came to meet and encourage soldiers stationed on the island on October 12, 1962.

1 - Beaches in Titip Island

Titop beach is the only beach on the island of the same name: Titop island - the island was named after a Russian hero at the event when he and president Ho Chi Minh had an excursion in Halong bay in 1962. 

Being one of the nicest Halong bay beaches, Titop beach has the shape of a moon embracing the bottom of the island. The area is not so large, in return, the beach is very quiet and clean. Its sand frequently washed by tidal waves is hence clear, snow-white while the sea water is blue and pure all year round. 

On this Halong bay beach, there is a bar where you can hire bikinis, buoys, and fresh water for washing. Jet skiing and parasailing are also provided on this island.
